China and the United States rank first and second, respectively, in both the 5-year H-index and the number of nano-articles. However, countries like Singapore and Australia have a higher ratio of highly cited nano-articles to the total nano-articles, making these countries higher in ranking in the 5-year H-index. It is also clear that Egypt and Brazil rank lowest in this respect.
