ČSN P CEN ISO / TS 80004-8 This technical specification states terms and definitions related to nanoproduction processes in the field of nanotechnologies. It is part of a multi-part documentation of terminology and definitions covering various aspects of nanotechnologies. All process-related terms in this document are relevant to nanoproduction. However, only many of these processes are not relevant to the nanoscale. However, depending on the controllable conditions, these processes can lead to material elements in the nanometer range, or alternatively to a larger scale. There are many other terms, names of tools, components, materials, system control methods or metrological methods associated with nanoproduction that are beyond the scope of this document.
