Nanotechnologies. Single-wall carbon nanotubes. Characterization using thermogravimetric analysis

This standard applies to materials containing single-wall carbon nanotubes and establishes a thermogravimetric method for determining the mass fraction of non-carbon impurities, the presence of various forms of carbon, homogeneity, the maximum temperature of thermal stability of oxidation, purity, and quality of the nanomaterial. The method established in this standard is applicable to nanomaterials containing multi-wall carbon nanotubes.
