ABSTRACT

This document establishes a drying method for determining the dry matter content of nanomaterials of cellulose, paper and cardboard in solid form, all of which can be produced from original and / or recycled material. This procedure can be applied to cellulose, paper, cardboard and cellulosic nanomaterial which do not contain measurable quantities of substances other than water, which are volatile at a temperature of 105 ° C ± 2 ° C. It is used, for example, in the case of taking samples for chemical and physical tests in the laboratory, when the determination of dry matter is required. This method cannot be used to determine the dry matter of a cellulose suspension or the commercial weight of a batch of cellulose.
