Researchers have developed lipid nanoparticle spherical nucleic acids (LNP-SNAs) that dramatically improve CRISPR delivery. These DNA-coated nanostructures enter cells up to three times more effectively than current lipid nanoparticles, reduce toxicity, and boost gene-editing efficiency, paving the way for safer and more reliable genetic medicines.
