According to Derek Wang, Sales Director at ZNShine Solar, the company's flagship product is its modules. He points out that all of the manufacturer's panel lines are equipped with several advanced technologies, such as half cell, multi busbar, high-density encapsulation and exclusive and patented graphene coating technology on the panels. Furthermore, all of these modules are covered by the current ex-tariff.
“Graphene coating technology allows photovoltaic modules to have better performance, thanks to its hydrophilic and photocatalytic properties, which give the modules self-cleaning functions and easy decomposition of organic materials, reducing the risks caused by hot spots”, he explained.
“Until recently, people still had doubts about the effects of graphene, but during the event I could see that this difference is being increasingly well evaluated by the market, and we even received several positive feedbacks and compliments about its advantages. We are confident that, with our technologies, we can offer the Brazilian market differentiated, high-quality photovoltaic modules,” he added.
And to meet the market's needs, ZNShine Solar took advantage of the exhibition to display several modules with different powers, mainly 555 W, 605 W and 665 W.
“The 555 W Mono PERC half-cell module, for example, offers excellent efficiency and has an optimized thermal coefficient, increasing energy generation. This model also allows 720 modules to be placed per container due to its 30 mm frame thickness,” highlighted the Sales Director.
The company also showcased the 605 W double glass panel, manufactured from 210 mm wafers to meet new market demands. Also among the highlights was the high-power 665W module, which is bifacial and double-glazed, considered by the company to be the best option for large projects or plants.
During the three-day event, thousands of visitors were able to see the high-efficiency monocrystalline BIPV All Black module, suitable for use on roofs or in photovoltaic systems integrated into architecture. The model also includes graphene technology.
All-in-one solution
The manufacturer also showcased ZEN Eco, an all-in-one energy storage and inverter solution with high safety and long service life, at its booth. According to ZNShine Solar, “the modular design of the battery can realize parallel use of one to four blocks, which is convenient for capacity expansion and provides system stability.”
“The solution supports series and parallel blocks, has a variety of optional communication methods and can be adapted to various types of inverters. It can be widely used in family homes, offices, schools, farms and small and medium-sized enterprises to realize the functions of energy generation, transformation, storage and transmission integrated with photovoltaic modules, ensuring 24-hour energy consumption and realizing an integrated solution for intelligent energy management”, he concluded.
