Novavax is the latest drug company developing a COVID-19 vaccine to receive an injection of fresh funding. Today, the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) announced it will commit up to $384 million for manufacturing and clinical testing of Novavax’s nanoparticle-based COVID-19 vaccine.
