The Second International Nanotechnology Olympiad for High School Students (INOHS 2026)

The Second International Nanotechnology Olympiad (INOHS 2026), designed for high school students aged 16 to 19, will be held with the aim of fostering research, creativity, and innovation among students and introducing them to the applications of nanotechnology in scientific development and innovative businesses. The 2026 edition will be hosted by the People’s Republic of China.

Registration: October 1–31, 2026
Preparation Workshops: November 1–30, 2026
Final Examination (Online): December 20, 2026

Sustainable Business Model Canvas & Video Presentation Competition: December 21–23, 2026

The Final Examination will be conducted online on December 20, 2026, allowing participants from different countries to take part remotely.
Following the online final examination, participants will take part in the Sustainable Business Model Canvas and video presentation competition from December 21 to 23, 2026. This section focuses on connecting nanotechnology with innovation and entrepreneurship, providing students with an opportunity to demonstrate not only their scientific knowledge but also their creativity, idea-development skills, and ability to present a technology-based business model.

The Olympiad is designed to provide talented students with an international platform to explore nanotechnology, develop innovative ideas, and gain experience in applying scientific knowledge to real-world challenges and entrepreneurial opportunities.
