This standard applies to polishing compounds based on detonation synthesis nanodiamonds of grades N, D, E, G, V, M, intended for finishing, lapping and polishing the surfaces of metals, alloys and brittle non-metallic materials, for obtaining mirror surfaces from special glass, ceramics, as well as for polishing jewelry, semiconductor wafers and X-ray optical elements.
