ABSTRACT

This standard establishes general requirements for methods for measuring the dispersed properties of aerosols and suspended particles in the nanometer range. Dispersed properties include nanoparticle size, their concentration (number, mass, volume), and nanoparticle size distribution. The measurement methods described in this standard are implemented using measuring instruments designed for dispersed analysis of liquid and gaseous media.
