This standard is intended to provide information support for the development of databases (DB), knowledge bases (KB), technical specifications (TS), technical conditions (TC), and other related documents, and ensures the semantic unambiguity of data on the technical characteristics (TC) of electronic component bases (ECB). This standard establishes rules and recommendations for lists of TC of ECB for use in DB, KB, and other information resources. This standard does not cover all issues of classification and terminology of TC of ECB and is developed to develop the requirements of state and industry standards and other guidance documents on ECB.
