ABSTRACT
This International Standard specifies test equipment and a test procedure for determining the filtration efficiency of flat sheet filter material in relation to airborne nanoparticles in the size range from 3 to 30 nm. The test methods specified in this International Standard are applicable only to particles with a spherical or nearly spherical shape in order to avoid uncertainties associated with determining the shape of particles.
