ABSTRACT
This standard specifies a method for evaluating the effects of nanoobjects, their aggregates, and agglomerates (NOAA) on cell viability using the MTS assay. The assay design used here includes performance requirements and control experiments to identify and manage variability in assay results. This standard is applicable to 96-well plates.
