ABSTRACT
This standard specifies a protocol for determining the mass density of vertically aligned carbon nanotubes (VACNTs) using X-ray absorptiometry. It describes experimental procedures, data formats, and some case studies. This protocol is applicable to VACNT films with thicknesses greater than tens of micrometers, regardless of substrate material.
