This standard specifies: amorphous and nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy strip size, shape, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certification content. This standard applies to: the manufacture of distribution transformers, medium frequency transformers, high-frequency switching power transformers, pulse transformers, transformers, filter inductors and chokes, common mode inductors, magnetic amplifiers and saturation inductors, sensors, and other core and magnetic shielding amorphous and nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy strip (hereinafter referred to as the strip).
