ABSTRACT
Established by adopting ISO/TS 23151:2021(E) Nanotechnologies - Particle size distribution for cellulose nanocrystals by reprinting to an identical level, using the English version of ISO as the basis. - Describes the method for calculating the particle size distribution of cellulose nanocrystals using atomic force microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. This standard specifies methods for repeatable material distribution by ultrasonication, as evaluated using dynamic light scattering techniques, including sample preparation for microscopy, imaging and data analysis.
