ABSTRACT
Established by adopting ISO/TS 10797:2012(E) Nanotechnologies - Characterization of single-wall carbon nanotubes using transmission electron microscopy, using the reprinting method at the identical level, primarily using the English version of ISO. - Defines the method for characterizing the morphology of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) and identifying the elemental composition of other materials in SWCNT samples using transmission electron microscopy and chemical analysis by energy dispersion spectroscopy.
