Graphene Manufacturing Group (GMG) has announce an upcoming AUD$3 million (around USD$1,950,000) offering of units. The proceeds from the offering will primarily be used to strengthen GMG’s financial position and provide liquidity for ongoing operations, particularly for research and development activities.
