HydroGraph announces $2.0 Million private placement

HydroGraph Clean Power, a commercial manufacturer of graphene and other nanomaterials, has announced a non-brokered private placement of units of the Company for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000. Net proceeds from the offering will be used for application development, business development and general working capital purposes.
