Zentek closes non-brokered private placement

Zentek has announced that it has closed a non-brokered private placement (the “Offering”) of debenture units for gross proceeds of CAD$2,000,000 (around US$1,442,000). Net proceeds from this offering will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
