DESCRIPTION
Graphene Manufacturing Group (GMG) has entered into an equity distribution agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corp, under which it will be entitled to raise up to $20 million CAD (about $14.5 million USD) via the sale of ordinary shares.
