Argo Graphene Solutions arranges private placement offering

Argo Graphene Solutions has announced a non-brokered private placement offering, for aggregate gross proceeds of CDN$350,000 (around USD$253,000). The Offering will have an over-allotment option for additional gross proceeds of up to CDN$52,500 (USD$15,500). The Company plans to use the proceeds of the Offering for general working capital purposes and to continue its research and development of its graphene products.
