Archer advances graphene-based qubit program towards wafer-scale manufacturing

Australian quantum and semiconductor company Archer Materials has reported a significant step in its effort to bring graphene-based quantum technology closer to commercial reality. The company says it has transitioned its qubit development work from laboratory-scale experiments to initial wafer-scale manufacturing runs, while maintaining its goal of demonstrating a working qubit by the third quarter of 2026.
