Scientists from Linköping University, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the University of Science and Technology Beijing have developed organic solar cells that can convert ambient indoor light to electricity. Although the power produced by the solar cells is low, the scientists believe it could be enough power to support the many products that the Internet of Things will bring online.
