DESCRIPTION
Scientists report that PEGylation on the surface of positively charged magnetic PLGA-PEI nanoparticles reduced neurotoxicity, and this biocompatible nano-gene delivery vector also enhanced the transfection efficiency in primary hippocampal neurons under magnetofection condition.
