Global Graphene Group (G3) announces the consolidation of Angstron Energy Company (AEC) into Honeycomb Battery Company (HBC), effective February 28, 2020. G3 is the holding company for both organizations, in addition to Taiwan Graphene Company (TGC) and Nanotek Instruments.
