DESCRIPTION
o help position Finland and Europe at the forefront of quantum computing technologies, VTT Technical Research Centre is undertaking a three-phase project to build Finland’s first quantum computer. The goal of phase one is to build a computer that is at least 5 qubits in size. VTT expects the first phase of the project to take about a year. Ultimately, the project leaders hope to build a considerably more powerful machine with a larger number of qubits.
