Researchers help keep pace with Moore's Law by exploring a new material class

Scientists combine disciplines to tackle the heat problem inherent in bringing integrated circuits to a much smaller scale: Nanoscale thermal transport meets molecular engineering and a new material is created that could keep chips cool.
