Drug combo delivered in a nanoparticle formulation extends the survival of mice with medulloblastoma

UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center researchers have demonstrated that a novel combination of two drugs that act as targeted inhibitors, delivered in a nanoparticle formulation, extend the survival of mice with medulloblastoma.
