Ra Medical Systems, a medical technology company focused on developing an excimer laser system for vascular disease treatment, appointed Brian Conn interim CFO, effective immediately. Conn served as a consultant to the company since May. He replaces Will McGuire, who served as interim CFO following the departure of former CFO Andrew Jackson. McGuire will return to his positions as CEO and director of the company. Conn will serve as the company’s principal financial officer and principal accounting officer.
