DESCRIPTION
Researchers developed a lipid nanoparticle-delivered cancer vaccine against a mouse model of melanoma that specifically targets the lymph system to generate greater potency. They were able to achieve 40% complete response and 100% prevention of new tumor challenges among mice in complete remission.
