The 2013 3rd International Conference on
Power and Energy Engineering (ICPEE 2013) will be held in Phuket,
Thailand during September 21-22, 2013. ICPEE conference is one
of the leading international conferences for presenting novel
and fundamental advances in the fields of Power and Energy
Engineering.
It also serves to foster communication among
