International Conference on Non-Contact Atomic Force Microscopy

NC-AFM 2016 will be held at the East Midlands Conference Centre at the University of Nottingham and is the 19th conference in the International Non-contact Atomic Force Microscopy (NC-AFM) series.

The International NC-AFM conferences focus on both experimental and theoretical research involving dynamic force microscopy and related techniques, and span force microscopy-based imaging, spectroscopy, and manipulation of a variety of surfaces, adsorbates, nanostructures, and interfaces. The Nottingham NC-AFM meeting will build on a highly successful history of stimulating and engaging conferences in a wide variety of locations including, most recently, Cassis, France (2015), Tsukuba, Japan (2014), Maryland, USA (2013), Ceský Krumlov, Czech Republic (2012), and Lindau, Germany (2011).
