ABSTRACT
This document identifies, within the framework of an integrated measurement system, the parameters and conditions necessary for the development and validation of methods for the application of asymmetric flow-force coupling and centrifugal force fractionation systems to the analysis of nano-objects and their aggregates and agglomerates dispersed in aqueous media. In addition to component fractionation, analysis may include size, particle size distribution, concentration and identification of materials using one or more appropriate detectors. This document provides general guidelines and procedures for application and specifies minimum reporting requirements in order to reproduce a method and report critical aspects.
