This document establishes the methods for characterizing the morphology of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) and for identifying the chemical composition of other materials of carbon nanotube samples, using transmission electron microscopy and chemical analysis by energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry.
