Nanotechnologies Determination Of Elemental Impurities In Samples Of Carbon Nanotubes Using Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

This Indian Standard (First Revision) which is identical to ISO/TS 13278 : 2017 ‘Nanotechnologies - Determination of elemental impurities in samples of carbon nanotubes using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Nanotechnologies Sectional Committee and approval of the Metallurgical Engineering Division Council.

This standard was first published in 2011 under single numbering as IS/ISO/TS 13278 : 2011. The first revision of this standard has been undertaken to align with the latest version ISO/TS 13278 : 2017 under dual numbering system to harmonize it with the latest developments that have taken place at international level.
