This standard is part of the IEC 62565 series of standards and applies to single-wall carbon nanotube materials used in the manufacture of electrical and electronic products. It contains recommended specification forms describing the characteristics (basic, electrical, optical, mechanical, and dimensional characteristics) of single-wall carbon nanotube materials. This standard applies to materials containing chemically modified single-wall carbon nanotubes obtained by deposition from the liquid or gas phase of the original material onto a substrate. This standard recommends methods for determining the characteristics of single-wall carbon nanotube materials.
