This standard applies to nanopowders of energy-saturated materials used to produce nanostructured sources of concentrated energy released in controlled combustion and detonation modes. The standard applies to the following types of nanopowders:

- inorganic combustibles;

- organic combustibles;

- oxidizers;

- various mixtures of the above components (composites).
