ABSTRACT

KS C IEC/TS 62607-6-1 presents a standard method for determining the main electrical control characteristics below. —Powder samples containing graphene-based materials such as graphene flakes, several layers of graphene and reduced graphene oxide are processed into pellets, and —measured with a powder resistivity meter by 4-probe measurement technology . Volume resistivity is a value that evaluates the quality of powdered graphene products in terms of electrical properties, and reflects the density dependence seen in powdered graphene pellets. Volume conductivity can be directly converted from volume resistivity. A typical range of applications is for industries that utilize powdered graphene products, including graphene manufacturers, potential developers, and users of graphene-based products. In order to measure the volume resistivity, it is necessary to prepare samples in the form of pellets, so in this article, —a device that can consistently prepare pellets, which are experimental samples—how to prepare powdered graphene in the form of pellets—the volume resistivity of pellets The process of measuring (or volume conductivity)—describes in detail the data analysis, interpretation process, and reporting of results.
