This standard establishes a standardized method for determining the following main control characteristics based on IEC TS 62607:
— Contact resistance and
— Sheet resistance for graphene-based materials and other two-dimensional materials
— Transmission line measurement method This method can be applied to two-dimensional materials by using a structure consisting of several metal electrodes with different spacing between the electrodes. The sheet resistance and contact resistance can be calculated by measuring the voltage drop between two electrodes with different spacing.
— This method can be applied to various two-dimensional materials that have an electrical metal contact on the material being measured.
— If the electrical contact formed between the two-dimensional material metal electrodes exhibits ohmic contact characteristics, this method provides accurate and reproducible results.
