ABSTRACT
This method describes the procedures to be followed and the precautions to be taken when performing repeated quantum yield measurements of luminescent nanomaterials. The luminescent nanomaterials concerned by this method include nano-objects such as quantum dots, nanoluminophores, nanoparticles, nanofibers, nanocrystals, nanoplates and structures containing these materials. The nanomaterials can be dispersed both in the liquid state (e.g., colloidal scattering of quantum dots) and in the solid state (e.g., nanofibers containing luminescent nanoparticles). This document covers both the relative measurements of liquid luminescent nanomaterials and the absolute measurements of both solid and liquid nanomaterials.
