Established by adopting ISO/TR 19057:2017(E) Nanotechnologies — Use and application of acellular in vitro tests and methodologies to assess nanomaterial biodurability, using the English version of ISO as the primary reference, with identical reprinting. - Review the use and application of acellular in vitro tests and methodologies to assess the biodurability of nanomaterials and nanomaterial ligands in simulated biological and environmental media. - Aims to focus on acellular in vitro methods used to assess biodurability; therefore, it excludes general literature reviews related to cellular or animal biodurability tests in vitro.
