Nano-engineered thermoelectrics enable scalable, compressor-free cooling

Researchers have developed a new, easily manufacturable solid-state thermoelectric refrigeration technology with nano-engineered materials that is twice as efficient as devices made with commercially available bulk thermoelectric materials.
