ZURICH, March 2, 2022 — ABB has made changes to the leadership of two business areas within the executive committee, effective April 1. Morten Wierod, currently president of motion, will become president of electrification. Tarak Mehta, currently president of electrification, will become president of motion. Bechtold is currently the director of technology commercialization at Harvard’s Office for Technology Development. Bechtold will also be involved in supporting ImageBiopsy Lab Inc.
