WASHINGTON, D.C. — Outsight, a developer of lidar-based software solutions, named Werner Filez as its smart infrastructure sales director for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. Filez most recently served as sales director at lidar firm Ouster. Prior to that he served as international business development manager of transportation at Teledyne FLIR.
LONDON — H.E.L Group, a manufacturer of laboratory tools for process optimization, safety, and scale-up, appointed Allen Wang as general manager of H.E.L China. Wang takes over the role from retiring general manager Steven Chen. Wang previously served as sales manager and applications specialist. Prior to joining H.E.L, Wang worked at a variety of analytical and imaging instrument companies including Bruker Optics and Nanophoton.

ITHACA, N.Y. — EMF (Evaporated Metal Films) named Darrick Dutcher general manager of its Ithaca- and Rochester, N.Y.-based manufacturing sites. Dutcher most recently served as director of manufacturing at IDEX Health & Science. He previously oversaw manufacturing at ThermoFisher Scientific.
DUBLIN — Tibidabo Scientific Industries appointed Viktoriya Baytser group president. In addition to her new role, Baytser will continue as CEO of Precision X-Ray, a subsidiary of Tibidabo Scientific. Prior to this appointment, Bayster held positions of increasing responsibilities in multiple industry-leading companies, including Bioptics, Faxitron, and Hologic.
