Arcturus Therapeutics and Duke-NUS Medical School announced their partnership to develop a candidate self-replicating mRNA vaccine using STARR Technology™, currently in preclinical testing. The partnership will receive up to US$10 million from the Singapore Government to co-develop the vaccine, which utilizes mRNA encoding the viral spike protein, delivered by a lipid nanoparticle delivery system.
